About these terms
These terms apply to the use of this website and the services offered by Sanneke Ringeling, operating through the business name 888Hz. By using the site and requesting a conversation, you accept these terms.
Services
The services described on this site are coaching, advisory conversations, and organisational consulting. They are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or legal, financial or tax advice. If you need professional advice in those areas, I will encourage you to consult the right specialist.
Booking and payment
An introductory conversation is booked through the site and confirmed by email. Paid sessions are invoiced after the conversation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date.
Cancellation and rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.
Confidentiality
What you share in a session stays between us. I do not share client information unless required by law or with your explicit permission. Public case studies and testimonials are published only when anonymised and approved by you.
Liability
I do my work with care and integrity. My liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. I am not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions you make after our work together.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved through the competent court in Amsterdam.
